Join Virginia Information Technologies Agency as a Relief Physical Therapist in United States. Title: Relief Physical Therapist State Role Title: Therapist III Hiring Range: $40.00 - $56.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and supervises programs to help residents achieve maximum capabilities, and to prevent or minimize new or progressive disabilities.

Plans are developed for 100% of identified residents.

Provides clinical management of long term patients.

Evaluates, prescribes designs, fabricates, requisitions, and coordinates implementation and repair of adaptive equipment.
