Key Responsibilities

• The Licensed Therapist will perform duties including, but not limited to: Actively supports, represents, and extends the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

• Completes all follow-up care and home visits within the required time limits.

• Reassess safety and provide referrals for behavioral health and other needed services.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Holds an Illinois state license in the following areas: LSW, LCSW, LPCC, and/or LMFT.

• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $60K - $65K
