The BCBA will lead and support behavior technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans and conduct functional behavior assessments. They are responsible for developing innovative ABA programs, providing parent education, and maintaining consistent clinical supervision for clients.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam, along with maintaining required immunizations.
