Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited institution or have completed a foreign equivalency examination. Michigan Registered Pharmacist and Controlled Substance licenses must be obtained within three months of starting the job.
