The Outpatient Clinician – Telehealth is part of a Virtual Hub team that provides clinical services for individuals and families that present for telehealth treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• provide a holistic healthcare experience.

• provide services to individuals and families residing in the state of Kentucky Preferred Education and Exper.

• coordinate with the treatment team to ensure client needs are met in person or via telehealth * Manage situatio.

• provide clinical crisis services to de-escalate crisis situations and promote stability * Manage a caseload.

Requirements

• Work as part of a team to deliver high quality therapeutic care from a whole health perspective

• Deliver evidenced based counseling that provides effective medically necessary treatment of mental and behavioral conditions in individuals and families

• Assess and integrate historical, psychosocial and medical information into a client’s individualized treatment

• Monitor the need for continuation of services and/or change in level of intensity of services

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
