About the Role

Join Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Residential Therapist – Sign-On Bonus in United States. This position offers a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for fully licensed candidates and a $2,500.

Key Responsibilities

Performs psychosocial assessments and substance use assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.

Conducts suicide risk assessments.

Evaluates patient data to develop and implement a plan of care for the patient.

Participates in weekly plan of care for each patient; works cooperatively as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, along with a current Nevada license or intern license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor. Preferred experience includes one year of inpatient clinical work involving diagnosis, psychotherapy, and assessment-based treatment planning.
