About the Role
Join Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Residential Therapist – Sign-On Bonus in United States. This position offers a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for fully licensed candidates and a $2,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs psychosocial assessments and substance use assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.
- Conducts suicide risk assessments.
- Evaluates patient data to develop and implement a plan of care for the patient.
- Participates in weekly plan of care for each patient; works cooperatively as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
