INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST Are you passionate about serving individuals across the lifespan? Western NC Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered, integrated care with purpose and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical interviews and assessments, including Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs), standardized screenings, and biopsychosocial histories.
  • Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral concerns and diagnose disorders using evidence
  • based guidelines and assessment data.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans outlining goals and objectives and determining therapeutic interventions, frequency, and duration of treatment. Therapeutic Interventions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling.
  • Fully licensed with LCSW or dually licensed with LCMHC and LCAS.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services in primary care, integrated care, and/or community health settings.
  • Experience functioning as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • No weekends required.
