About the Role
Join Uintah Basin Medical Center as a Pharmacist – PRN in United States. Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals and related products for patient care by performing related duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a drug information resource for the general public physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Customer service according to the Healing Model.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacist licensure in the state of Utah.
- Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to the geriatric population was obtained either from school education or subsequent training.
