About the Role

Join Uintah Basin Medical Center as a Pharmacist – PRN in United States. Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals and related products for patient care by performing related duties.

Key Responsibilities

Acts as a drug information resource for the general public physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Customer service according to the Healing Model.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Current Pharmacist licensure in the state of Utah.

Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to the geriatric population was obtained either from school education or subsequent training.
