- Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Degree program and possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Active CPR Certification required.
- Two (2) years of experience with geriatric populations.
- Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and use of personal vehicle for each shift due to home care assignments.
