Key Responsibilities

Must be Licensed Physical Therapist) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy- Outpatient Centers Southeastern Virginia Region Position Overview: Our Regional Directors oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Area & Clinic Directors within an assigned region.

provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior ana.

manage accountability of the Area & Clinic Directors through same store growth activities, referral targets.

develop strong leadership skills.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.

5+ years of proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.

3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care.
