We're currently seeking a dedicated Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (40% work from home/60% in-clinic) to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.
This position offers no call requirements, hybrid flexibility. Work with Behavioral Perspective Inc in Oswego, Illinois.
The BCBA will provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, manage caseloads, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. They are also responsible for conducting assessments, collaborating with families and schools, and ensuring high-quality therapy services.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification and license.
