Join Onco360 as a Pharmacist Supervisor – M-F Schedule in United States. Our Onco360 Pharmacy in New Hyde Park, NY has a need for a Full Time Pharmacist Supervisor! Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist Supervisor works closely with the Pharmacy Director to review staff performance metrics and conducts coaching / counseling as needed.

• The Pharmacist Supervisor promotes dispensing accuracy and operational efficiency across the team.

• Promotes on

• site engagement, teamwork, and employee morale.

Requirements

• Reports medication

• related errors to the Pharmacy Director in accordance with established procedures.

• Ensures appropriate documentation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs); ensures product complaints are properly documented and reported to pharmaceutical manufacturers as required.

• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $145K

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
