Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy for pediatric patients in a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, maintaining clinical records, and providing training to caregivers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current state-issued professional licensure. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are also required, with pediatric and home health experience preferred.
