Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Consultant provides brief interventions and psychosocial assessments within an integrated primary care model to address physical and mental health barriers. They coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and connect patients experiencing homelessness to essential community resources.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, or a Doctorate in Psychology, along with an active Arizona BBHE or Board of Psychologist Examiners license. Two years of healthcare experience and a valid Arizona Driver License are required.
