Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.

• Provide family and patient counseling to support mental and emotional well

• Administer behavioral health services, including therapy and medication management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.

• Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in behavioral health or family counseling.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
