Key Responsibilities

include: Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence.

Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.

Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.

Identify suitable equipment and service providers, including attendance to equipment trials where indicated.
