Key Responsibilities
- include: Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence.
- Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.
- Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.
- Identify suitable equipment and service providers, including attendance to equipment trials where indicated.
