About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- will facilitate the delivery of safe, effective, and pharmaceconomically rational medications to hematology/oncology patients.
- will provide education, develop and implement guidelines, policies, and medication regimens, provide appropriate interventions, and be involved in professional development and performance improvement initiatives They will be responsible for supervising and directing support personnel in addition to the safe and proper distribution and use of medications in hematology/oncology patients.

Requirements
- Current Pharmacist’s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hire Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
- The Surrounding Environment: Growing population and diverse industrial/logistical base.
- Center for agricultural, commercial, and industrial expansion.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $129K - $208K
