Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for participating in resolving pharmacy service

• related complaints and concerns in accordance with company policy and promoting a positive customer experience.

• Accountable for answering customer phone calls, doctor phone calls, and initial and final evaluation of prescriptions.

• Responsible for practicing in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Knowledge of laws pertaining to storage, recordkeeping, and dispensing of drugs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously.
