Key Responsibilities

Responsible for participating in resolving pharmacy service

related complaints and concerns in accordance with company policy and promoting a positive customer experience.

Accountable for answering customer phone calls, doctor phone calls, and initial and final evaluation of prescriptions.

Responsible for practicing in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of laws pertaining to storage, recordkeeping, and dispensing of drugs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
