Key Responsibilities

Provides quality occupational therapy services including patient evaluation, intervention, and the development of measurable treatment goals. Coordinates care with team members and maintains accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or entry-level Master's degree in occupational therapy. Must hold a valid license to practice occupational therapy in the State of Tennessee.
