About the Role

Join Albany Medical Center as a Clinical Nurse III in the Pediatric Emergency Department. This part-time night shift role offers 12 hours per week in a high-impact hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Perform treatments, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses.
• Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with nursing team to create patient care plans.
• Direct ancillary personnel and maintain nursing standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $88,192 - $136,697 annually.
