Key Responsibilities

The Psychologist provides comprehensive mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention for members with diverse mental health needs. This role involves developing and implementing clinical treatment programs, providing various forms of psychotherapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on patient care plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PhD/PsyD/EdD in a relevant psychology field and possess a Psychologist License from any state upon hire, with California licensure required within six months. Essential knowledge includes familiarity with DSM-V, Evidence-Based Practice, and competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
