Key Responsibilities
- Participates in interdisciplinary rounds; educates patients and provides them as well as their caregivers with appropriate community resources and agencies to help ensure safety upon discharge.
- The master's Prepared Social Worker will function within the guidelines of the National Association of Social Work and ensure responsibility for continued professional and personal growth.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Social Work with an MSW (Master’s in Social Work) degree.
- State licensure required by the NJ State board of social work examiners.
- Licensed social worker (LSW) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) depending upon years of social work experience and clinical courses.
- Minimum of one year of post
