About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The provider will serve as a mid-level provider, delivering quality care specifically for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for men and women, as well as weight management programs, treating patients remotely within the State of Missouri. Patients will be seen during Central Standard Time business hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Applicants must be a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Missouri, holding an active Missouri DEA license, and possessing current experience delivering Telehealth. Candidates must also have sound medical decision-making abilities, an NPI number, and no current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
