About the Role

Join University Health Partners of Hawaii as a MTM Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provider Collaboration: Communicate directly with physicians, healthcare prescribers and staff about the MTM program and to recommend therapy adjustments, alternative medications, or cost

  • Communication. Responsible for communicating with all contracted third parties/insurers and their members that are eligible for services, applicable pharmacies, and providers.
  • Meeting Attendance. Responsible for attending staff and agency meetings and reporting pertinent information obtained to pharmacists/staff.
  • Scheduling. Responsible for ensuring adequate staff to adhere to all scheduled appointments.
  • Liaison. Acts as a liaison between the UH at Hilo, UHP and third party (HMSA) staff regarding various departmental issues.
