Key Responsibilities

• include crisis intervention, risk assessment, diagnostic impression utilizing the DSM, short-term stabilization services as well as individual and group therapy.

• Treatment is provided based upon sound theoretical principles, with knowledge of the special issues and needs of the population served.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate knowledge of the theory and practice of mental health assessment and treatment and have basic research skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

• Must have organizational and leadership skills.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
