Key Responsibilities
- will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants) to perform medication therapy management, patient education, disease-specific physical assessments, monitoring and follow up, provide treatment recommendations to other healthcare providers, and respond to drug information requests.
- provide the resident with one year of advanced ambulatory care practice experience.
