Join our primary care team as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in a dynamic, outpatient-only setting. In this role, you will be a leader in our patient-centered, coordinated care model, working collaboratively to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive patient care.

The Advanced Practice Nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage medical conditions, and prescribe treatments in a collaborative primary care setting. They are responsible for facilitating coordinated care, mentoring staff, and participating in clinical research to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. Additionally, they must have current BLS and ACLS certifications, along with NPI, CDS, and DEA registrations.
