About the Role
Join AgeCare as a Occupational Therapist – Temporary Full Time in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses and reassesses residents to identify their issues/challenges and to determine rehabilitation needs
- Establishes resident’s goals, develops and documents individual care and treatment plans
- Maintains on
- going communication with other members of the multidisciplinary team in order to maintain a consistent care program for the residents
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists and a registered member of the Alberta Association of Registered Occupational Therapists
- AADL Authorizer status is an asset
- Experience with MDS and/or RAI
