Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited program in Medicine (MD or DO) required.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of directly relevant clinical experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment required.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered. Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid license to practice in the State of Colorado as a Physician (MD or DO) required.
