Requirements

• of one year working with the frail or elderly Not on the CMS Preclusion List PREFERRED Postgraduate training in a primary care specialty, including but not limited to internal or family medicine.

• Completion of post-residency training in geriatric medicine Bilingual InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, allowing them to age in their own homes and communities safely.

• These centers are staffed by medical professionals who are committed to creating personalized care plans for each participant.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $149.04/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
