Requirements

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Licensure/ Certification: Occupational Therapist License 1.
  • Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (Completion of Entire Series: Level 1, 2A, 2B, Capstone, & Exam) OR 2.
  • Hand Therapy Certification Commission – Specialty Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) OR 3.
  • AOTA Board Certification in Gerontology (BCG) OR 4.
