Join MONARCH as a Licensed Practical Nurse – Behavioral Health – M-F Schedule in United States. Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! At Monarch, we work together to provide life-changing care in communities across North Carolina and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule individuals for crisis and assessment services and triage individuals who present with emergent medical and/or psychiatric problems.

Perform clinical intakes with individuals requesting services, coordinate with screening/referral and individuals to ensure continuity of care.

Schedule individuals for the Injection Clinic as well as doing injections of psychotropic medication, educate and support individuals about medication.

Requirements

Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as service definitions related to specific program areas

Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assists in crisis situations.

Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Driving and travel may be required. Education We're Looking For: Associates: Nursing, High School Diploma (Required) Certifications We're Looking For: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
