The Occupational Therapist II evaluates and develops treatment plans for complex patients while serving as a clinical advisor and mentor to less experienced staff. They also contribute to program development, performance improvement initiatives, and the clinical instruction of students and interns.
Candidates must hold a degree from an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum and possess at least two years of clinical practice experience. Required certifications include OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
