About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team

Provide individual therapy sessions for assigned caseload

Facilitate psychoeducational and process therapy groups

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field

Current licensure or working toward licensure preferred (examples include LCSW, CSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LPCA, CADC, LCADC)

At least one year of clinical experience in a substance use or mental health treatment setting preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time
