Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team
- Provide individual therapy sessions for assigned caseload
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process therapy groups
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Current licensure or working toward licensure preferred (examples include LCSW, CSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LPCA, CADC, LCADC)
- At least one year of clinical experience in a substance use or mental health treatment setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time
