Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for medically complex clients.
• Support safe transitions from hospital or rehab to home care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience with home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting.
• Commitment to consistent availability and travel within Ocean County.
