The Registered Dietitian will conduct nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor the nutritional status of residents in a skilled nursing environment. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and possess an active Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR. State licensure as a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) is required, along with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
