Provide compassionate individual and group counseling sessions while developing and documenting patient treatment plans. Act as a liaison for patient care and provide crisis intervention as needed within a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a social or health services field and a CADC or tCADC certification. Candidates must have experience in addiction recovery and familiarity with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
