Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, develop and initiate individual physical therapy treatment plan for residents
Deliver occupational therapy treatments and modalities per physician's orders.
Maintain records and submit documentation timely.
Maintain communications with residents and family members on an ongoing basis.
Work successfully as part of a team and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with coworkers.

Requirements

A current certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
One year related experience.
Prior related experience or training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy.
Experience with aging population.
