About the Role

Join Arete' Health PT as a Occupational Therapist – Hand & Upper Extremity in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional abilities, deficits, and patient goals.

Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.

Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, manual therapy, modalities, ADL retraining, cognitive/perceptual training, and functional work‑related tasks.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety, and self‑management strategies.

Requirements

Uphold Arete Health’s culture by delivering exceptional service, promoting teamwork, and supporting clinic operations. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility). Experience treating hand and upper extremity injuries preferred. Mentorship available. CHT preferred but willing to mentor

Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
