About the Role
Join Arete' Health PT as a Occupational Therapist – Hand & Upper Extremity in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional abilities, deficits, and patient goals.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, manual therapy, modalities, ADL retraining, cognitive/perceptual training, and functional work‑related tasks.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety, and self‑management strategies.
Requirements
- Uphold Arete Health’s culture by delivering exceptional service, promoting teamwork, and supporting clinic operations. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility). Experience treating hand and upper extremity injuries preferred. Mentorship available. CHT preferred but willing to mentor
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
