Join HOME CARE PROVIDERS GROUP as a Occupational Therapist- Ross County in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures
  • Evaluate patients’ condition, function level, and treatment goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and update as needed
  • Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan

Requirements

  • Document treatment notes and progress in the patient’s chart daily
  • Assist patients and families with home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs
  • Recommend and evaluate adaptive equipment for the home setting
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
