RN Clinical Manager, Pediatric Home Care

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) for pediatric home care in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality care for pediatric clients across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff.
• Manage clinical operations and patient assignments.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Conduct supervisory home visits.
• Monitor clinical documentation compliance.
• Participate in staff evaluations and development.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Ensure infection control and emergency protocols.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain pediatric care knowledge through continuing education.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NC license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
