About the Role

Join Icon Health as a Physician Assistant specializing in outpatient orthopedics in Daytona, Florida. This full-time role blends telehealth and in-person visits at PCP offices, focusing on musculoskeletal care with no nights, weekends, or call.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial orthopedic telehealth and in-person visits including diagnosis, imaging orders, and referrals.
Conduct orthopedic exams and administer injections at PCP offices.
Build patient trust through empathy and shared decision-making.
Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and clinical team members.
Develop personalized treatment plans with care coordinators.
Provide feedback on Icon’s technology platform.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years PA experience in outpatient orthopedics across multiple subspecialties.
Experience administering injections.
Licensed and residing in Daytona, Florida.

Salary range $125,000 - $150,000 annually commensurate with experience.
Malpractice and collaborating MD coverage provided.
State licensing and NCCPA fees covered.
