Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Maintains competence required for current job title/position.

Job Training Licensed Pharmacist

MO Licensed Pharmacist

KS Employees must obtain Licensed Pharmacist

MO or equivalent within 90 days Employees must obtain Licensed Pharmacist
