About the Role
Join LifeStance Health as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Sammamish, Washington. This outpatient role offers a hybrid work model with both in-person and remote flexibility. You will provide therapy to adults and/or children in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and couples therapy
- Work with adult and adolescent populations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinician team
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually based on productivity
- Sign-on bonus available (amount not specified)
