About the Role

This hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker role offers outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults. You will provide therapy both in-person and via telehealth with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based mental healthcare.

Requirements

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) fully licensed in Wisconsin.

Benefits & Compensation

Annual compensation range: $84,000 to $113,000.
Sign-on bonus available for full-time.
