Join WELL Health Technologies Corp as a Internal Medicine Specialist – Multidisciplinary Team in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with complex internal medicine conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a coordinated clinical environment.
  • will be doing: * Provide specialist consultation for referred patients * Diagnose and manage complex multi-system conditions * Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease * Interpret diagnostic tests (ECG, labs, imaging) and develop management plans * Work closely with family physicians, specialists, and allied health teams * Provide consultation advice and shared-care management * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to referring providers * Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records in the EMR * Ensure documentation meets provincial and medico-legal standards Provide risk assessment and long-term disease prevention strategies * Support patient education and self-management of chronic conditions You have: * Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
