About the Role
Join Baptist Health as a Nurse Manager – Geriatric Behavioral Health in United States. Position Summary Baptist Health Princeton Hospital Geriatric Psych Nurse Manager Provides leadership & operational oversight for an inpatient direct care unit or units. Accountable for achievement of department and hospital goals in concert with other hospital and medical staff leadership.

Requirements
- Education/Training Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred Licensure/Certification Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Alabama.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Within 2 years of hire - National leadership board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL).
- Experience Two (2) years as a registered nurse in Geriatric Psych and at least one (1) year nursing leadership experience.
