Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for adults in a co-occurring PHP setting.

• Provide individual and family therapy as clinically appropriate.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.

• Licensure: Pennsylvania LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent preferred.

• License-eligible clinicians working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply.

• Experience: Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $53K - $56K
