Key Responsibilities

will evaluate and treat patients having medical and/or surgical Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) conditions and assists in delivering patient oriented Otolaryngology care to the patients of the community.

will assist with booking patients for surgery, ensure all necessary pre-operative clearance is completed, learn indications and work up for common ENT procedures, act as primary surgical assistant in the operating room, assists with post-operative care and follow up.

Requirements

Candidates must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and hold New York State licensure and NCCPA certification as a Physician Assistant. Required qualifications also include a current unrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control Course Certificate, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certification as directed by the department.
