About the Role

Join UW Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – Cardiac ICU and Med/Surg in United States. Work Schedule: 100% FTE; Day & Overnight Shift Rotation. Overnight shift Monday – Sunday (9:00PM – 7:00AM) and AM Shift Monday – Friday (7:00AM – 3:30PM).

• Provide comprehensive medication therapy management as a key member of the interdisciplinary inpatient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required

• Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred Work Experience

• 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Required

• 3 years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Preferred Licenses & Certifications

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $135K - $189K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
